Auditing

A DCS Compliance Representative will visit your dealership quarterly. These quarterly visits will be both scheduled and unscheduled. It is the strong belief of DCS that no company can get you compliant without regular visits to the dealership.

Testing

Complying with regulatory laws requires testing to ensure continued compliance. This could include pretext testing required under the GLB to Respirator Fit Testing required under OSHA regulations. DCS, through their quarterly dealership visits will conduct all required testing and provide documentation for proof of completion.

Training

Most regulatory laws require ongoing training. DCS accomplishes these training requirements through the use of our Online Training Portal, and In-Dealership Training. Upon completion of training, employees sign an acknowledgement that they understood and agree to abide by what they learned.

Documentation

DCS will create, review, continually update and make available online, all required manuals depending on services selected. Where needed, DCS will have employee acknowledgements signed that they agree to abide by various rules and laws. DCS maintains an online library of forms, printed tools, and various informational papers to assist dealership personnel.
